How it All Started
Crystal’s journey into coaching began with a profound interest in understanding human relationships and the role attachment plays in personal well being. This curiosity fueled her commitment to helping others find clarity in their relationships—starting with the relationship they have with themselves.
I firmly believe that when we act from a place of love—both for ourselves and for others—we create boundless opportunities for success, leading to lives of deep fulfillment. Yet, many of us were not given early examples of what healthy love should look like, often struggling to form secure attachments with our caregivers. This lack has left us disconnected from our emotions, grappling with anxieties that affect our relationships.
When we cannot fully love ourselves or others, we may find ourselves trapped in toxic cycles, limiting beliefs, and behaviors that block us from thriving. Healing attachment wounds and reprogramming subconscious beliefs allows us to meet our true needs, escape unhelpful patterns, and reclaim the power to shape fulfilling relationships. Whether in friendships, family dynamics, or the relationship we hold with ourselves, understanding our role in these connections creates opportunities for profound healing and growth. Everyone deserves a path to this healing and to a life enriched by meaningful, successful relationships.

“... a definition of trauma should include "broken connection." Accordingly, our healing comes in the form of reconnection-to our own body, mind, and spirit, but also to other people...“
